Strong Metal Frame

The KDM-07 metal bunk bed features a durable knock-down design. The main frame is manufactured from 40×20 mm and 20×20 mm profile steel tubing. The vertical supports are made from 32×1.8 mm tubing, with 32 mm metal floor pads providing stable support.

Each sleeping surface measures 1900×700 mm and is made from 4 mm diameter steel wire. The mesh size is 75×75 mm.

The upper bunk is equipped with double safety rails made from 32 mm bent tubing and a 20 mm bent-tube guard. The removable ladder is manufactured from 20×20 mm profile tubing.

The maximum permissible load on the frame is up to 200 kg.

Easy Assembly and Disassembly

The KDM-07 uses wedge-type connections, allowing the bed to be assembled without complicated installation.

When required, the bunk configuration can be separated into two individual beds. The removable ladder can be detached and stored separately.

The knock-down design also makes the folding metal bed convenient to transport and store, particularly when several units are ordered at once.

Protective Coating

All metal surfaces undergo preliminary anti-corrosion treatment and are finished with durable powder coating. The standard color is light gray RAL 7035.
